"Tiger" BBQ Sauce
1 cup strong black coffee, 1 cup Worcestershire sauce, 1 cup catsup (ketchup), 1/2 cup cider vinegar, 1/2 cup honey, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 3 Tbs. chili powder, 1 Tbs. white pepper, 2 Tbs. salt, 2 cups chopped onions, 1/4 cup minced hot chili peppers, 5 cloves garlic (minced), 1 Habenero pepper (minced - wear gloves while cutting - omit if you don't like HOT sauce!)
Mix all ingredients. Simmer in saucepan for 25 minutes. Puree in blender. Marinate meat overnight in refrigerator; turn-over meat at least once. Brush-on more sauce while cooking. (hint: try with large salmon fillets, as well as beef, pork, chicken)
